New Recipe Drop!

This is the best snack between meals. It’s packed with protein, fiber, healthy fats, and carbohydrates. It’s the perfect in-between snack because it keeps you full and satisfied. My husband loves them so much that he has requested that I make them weekly.

Let’s dive into the recipe.

Tahini Energy Balls

Serving size: 12 balls

Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1 cup rolled oats (organic if possible)

  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

  • 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Sun Warrior)

  • 4 tbsp ground flaxseeds

  • 1.5 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir until smooth.

  • Use your hands or a small cookie scoop to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

  • Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.

  • You can store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze them for longer storage.

That’s it. It is so simple you will wonder why you didn’t make them earlier.
