Listen, I’m bad at math — but even I know that two plus two doesn’t equal twelve. Still, the longer I’ve worked in health and mindset coaching, the more I’ve realized that in the world of wellness and self-leadership, this can actually be true.

Most of us have been taught to think of health and success as “all or nothing.”
We’re either eating perfectly or we’ve “blown” our diet.
We’re either exercising every day or we’ve “fallen off.”
We’re either meditating every morning or we’ve “failed.”

But the truth is, transformation isn’t built on a giant overhaul of your life — it’s built one small, intentional step at a time.
