Watermelon Popsicles
Elevate your hydration!

NYC has been going through a serious heat wave this past week — temps soaring into the 90s with all that thick, sticky humidity. And while I absolutely love getting out into the sunshine, I’ve had to be really intentional about staying hydrated and replenishing electrolytes.
Electrolytes are minerals that help our bodies function on so many levels — they support nerve signaling, muscle contractions, fluid balance, and even help keep our pH in check. So yes, they matter (especially in this summer heat)!
These popsicles are one of my favorite ways to keep my body hydrated and happy during the hot summer months. They’re refreshing, simple to make, and take less than 15 minutes of active prep.
Ingredients:
3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
6–8 fresh mint leaves
1/8 teaspoon sea salt (Himalayan is best)
1–2 teaspoons raw honey (optional — adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth.
Adjust the sweetness or salt to your preference
Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.
These are perfect for sunny afternoons, post-workout recovery, or just a refreshing treat. The best news is that they help support your hormones!
